Accessibility Statement

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We check the site with automated tools and keyboard testing, and we work to fix problems as we find them.

What we have in place

• A “Skip to content” link and keyboard navigation.
• Semantic headings, landmarks, and labelled form fields.
• Form errors that are announced to screen readers and linked to the field they describe.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Colour contrast designed for readability, plus a dark theme.
• Reduced motion when your device requests it.
• Pages that adapt to phone, tablet, and desktop screens and zoom.

Known limitations

• The security check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the translate feature (Google Translate) are provided by third parties, and we cannot fully control their accessibility.
• PDF summaries generated by the mortgage tools may not be fully accessible to screen readers. The same information is available on the page.
